Turnip Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium turnips
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook turnips, drain and mash.
    Add all other ingredients. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Add paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes, until bubbly and brown.
