Spicy Biscuit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Melt cheese in top of a double boiler.
    Add sausage.
    Stir until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
    Add to biscuit mix; blend well.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
