Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
onion
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 slices bread, cut up
2 c. milk
green pepper (optional)
pimento (optional)
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
Add sausage.
Pour into a greased dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
