Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    milk (just a drop to mix potatoes or none if potatoes are moist)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes as usual for mashing.
    When done, combine all ingredients and whip, using as little milk as possible.
    Mound in casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before baking.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
