90 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast (2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. flour (all-purpose or bread)
    2/3 c. dry powdered milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar or honey
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir yeast, flour, milk, sugar and salt together.
    Add margarine and water.
    Mix until smooth.
    Stir in 3 cups flour. Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Turn out on floured board; knead until it doesn't stick to hands.
    Pat or roll out to about 3/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with glass or biscuit cutter.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
