Dijon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, skinned
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. herb stuffing mix
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Melt butter.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
Mix together in shallow bowl.
Dip chicken in liquid, coating evenly.
Roll chicken in herb stuffing mix.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Bake, foil covered, for 70 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 to 20 minutes.
