Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Stir cornmeal into 1 cup of cold water; set aside.
    Bring 3 cups of water and salt to a boil in large saucepan.
    Add cornmeal mixture to boiling water gradually, stirring constantly.
    Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
    Serve with sugar or milk or chill in pan; slice and fry.
