Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar (white or brown)
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. raw apples, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. coffee, brewed as to drink

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
