Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fold creamed shortening and sugar in eggs.
    Add dry ingredients, milk and bananas.
    (Make sure they are mashed.)
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
