Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    2 sticks oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Prepare popcorn.
    Cook syrup, oleo, sugar and salt for 5 minutes.
    Remove from stove.
    Add soda.
    Stir well.
    Pour over corn and mix well.
    Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir at least once in oven.
    Too high heat can burn brown sugar.
