Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk with 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. diced zucchini
12 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Add dry ingredients.
Stir in zucchini.
Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
