Asparagus Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt or fresh chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 bacon strips
    1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked until tender
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cut thin slice off the top and scoop out the pulp (carefully) leaving shell in tact.
    In mixing bowl, mash pulp with milk, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Fold asparagus into mixture.
    Fold into shells.
    Crumble bacon on top.
