Crumpets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cakes or pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Beat eggs; add milk, butter, salt and sugar.
Add yeast mixture and flour, beating until smooth and well blended.
Cover and set aside in warm place for 15 minutes.
