Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, minced
4 lb. ground beef
3 lb. ground pork
2 lb. carrots, shredded
2 onions, chopped
1 bag shiitake mushrooms, soaked and shredded
7 lb. bean sprouts, rinsed
1 pack (8 bundles) bean thread noodles
8 eggs
14 bags wrappers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all together.
Place spoonful on corner of wrapper, moisten edges with water or beer and roll them up.
Fry in oil until light golden brown. Can freeze and re-fry to crisp them. Serve with hot mustard or sweet and sour sauce.
Makes approximately 190 to 200 egg rolls.
