Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
3/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. fresh milk
1/2 c. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation

Add liquid to cornstarch slowly until smooth paste.
Mix all ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring to prevent lumps, until thick.
Pour into pan and refrigerate until cool.
Cut into squares and serve.
