Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 can cranberry sauce with whole berries (1 lb. can)
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add to mixture alternately with cranberry sauce.
    Last, add water and nuts.
    Place in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    (Makes 2 aluminum foil loaf pans; great for Christmas gifts.)
