Carrot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed carrots
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
nutmeg
vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Put mashed carrots in bowl; add butter, flour, sugar, eggs and milk.
Mix well.
Pour in an unbaked pie crust and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until nicely browned.
Use meringue topping, if desired.
