Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. black cherry Jell-O
1 can blueberries, drained (reserve juice)
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. cold 7-Up
1 c. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain blueberries, reserving juice.
Measure in a measuring cup; add enough water to juice until you have 1 cup of liquid. Heat to boiling.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot juice.
Add 1 cup cold 7-Up; mix.
Add blueberries and pineapple.
Pour in dish and refrigerate.
Mix softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Top.
