Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients, except nuts and set aside. Mash bananas; add eggs, vanilla and oil, beating well.
    Fold chopped nuts into the batter and pour into a greased and floured medium size (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool bread in pan for 20 minutes.
