Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can kidney beans
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown beef; drain.
Add onions and garlic; brown all together until onions are tender.
Add chili powder, tomatoes (optional to crush tomatoes first), tomato sauce, tomato paste and kidney beans.
Let boil, cover and then simmer 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
(Optional:
Add salt and pepper to taste and chopped green pepper, added with the onion and garlic, if desired.)
