Frozen Cranberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mash cranberry sauce and lemon juice with fork and spread in pan 1 1/2 inches thick.
Whip the heavy cream.
Fold in sugar, mayonnaise and nuts.
Spread mixture on top of cranberry sauce. Freeze overnight if possible.
Cut into 2-inch squares when ready to serve.
