Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. smoked ham, ground
    1 lb. fresh lean pork, ground
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. Nabisco cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    6 strips uncooked bacon
Preparation
    Have your butcher grind the meat or use your food processor. Mix all ingredients well except for bacon.
    Shape in loaf. Place in shallow pan. Cover with bacon strips. Bake, uncovered, 1 3/4 to 2 hours at 375\u00b0.
    During the last 3/4 hour, baste with the following sauce every 15 minutes.
