Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    6 soda crackers, crushed
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ( may use artichokes packed in water or marinated)
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil.
    Add artichoke hearts, cracker crumbs, onions, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to eggs.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve either hot or cold.
