Seafood And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. enriched flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 c. milk
    1 lb. flat, wide noodles, cooked as directed on pkg.
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and deveined
    3/4 c. flaked crab meat
    3/4 c. sharp grated cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in\tsaucepan.
    Blend
    in
    flour,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Add
    milk gradually, stirring constantly.\tCook until sauce is thickened.
    Place\ta bed of cooked noodles in greased casserole dish.
    Add shrimp
    and
    crab meat on top of noodles. Cover with above
    cream
    sauce.
    Sprinkle
    cheese and top with bread crumbs.
    Pour
    melted butter over bread crumbs.
    Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven until sauce is bubbly and crumbs are golden brown (approximately 30 minutes).
