Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
8 medium mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. frozen or fresh peas
1 large tomato, sliced in chunks
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix oil, orange juice, salt and cornstarch.
Heat on High. Add all vegetables.
Stirring, turn heat on medium.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
