Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. chocolate
    1 c. milk
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Cook chocolate and milk together until thick and smooth; let completely cool.
    Then add beaten egg yolks, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Fold into the stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a loaf pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Frost if desired.
