Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen or 2 large fryers
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed or more
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove from bones.
    Cut up in large pieces and mix with sour cream and soup that have been combined.
    Put into a casserole.
    Make topping of the cracker crumbs and melted oleo. Spread on top of chicken and cover with poppy seed.
    Be sure crumbs are well covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
    May be served alone or on top of rice or noodles.
