Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
milk
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and sugar.
Mix in shortening. Break eggs into measuring cup and fill with milk to measure 1 cup. Pour into mixture and beat vigorously.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan.
