Egg Salad Miniatures - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped pimento stuffed olives
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    white sandwich bread, cut in small rounds
Preparation
    Combine eggs, olives and onion; blend in mayonnaise and mustard.
    Spread bread rounds (or other shapes) with egg mixture. Garnish with sliced olive or tiny stars cut from jelled cranberry sauce.
