Sour Cream And Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. dill
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix together.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    In a large skillet, saute meat balls, half at the time, in hot butter.
    Remove meat balls.
    Gradually stir in 1 cup of water and bouillon cube.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Return meat balls to skillet. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
