Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    1 medium onion, sauteed
    8 paper thin slices ham, shredded
    8 thin slices Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. light cream
    pastry shell
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon and onion over crust.
    Add ham and cheese. Beat eggs, mustard and cream.
    Pour over ham and cheese.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top; bake at 350\u00b0.
    Green pepper and mushrooms may also be added to the sauteed onions.
