Pineapple Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, well beaten
32 graham crackers, rolled fine (approximately 2 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 egg whites
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add egg yolks and milk alternately with graham crackers and baking powder.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into baking cups and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
