Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. potatoes, cooked, cooled and cubed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well (except for Cheddar cheese).
    Put in large baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes uncovered.
