Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. Post Raisin Bran
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. dates, cut up
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Add rest of ingredients in order given and mix well by hand.
    Grease muffin tins or spray with Pam and fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
