Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 lb. ground chuck or more
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. green bell pepper
    1/4 c. 2% milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and water to make a soft dough.
    Beat vigorously with fork for 20 strokes.
    Smooth into ball.
    Knead on floured board 5 times.
    Roll out and put into 9-inch Pyrex dish.
