Creamy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, cooked and drained, or can use frozen (3 boxes)
    2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons oleo and stir in flour.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Stir in cheese and sour cream until melted. Combine ham and cauliflower with cheese sauce.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
