Spinach And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, cut up
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Saute onion in butter until soft.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese for topping.
