Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Pour oil and milk all at once into flour mixture.
    Mix together lightly (add a little more flour if too moist).
    Add grated cheese.
    Roll out, cut and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes approximately 20 to 24 biscuits.
