Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Beat eggs with water.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Roll out thin.
Place in sun to dry.
Roll again.
Slice fine.
Put in boiling water or broth.
Cook 15 minutes, covered at reduced heat.
