Carrot-Oat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. quick-cooking, rolled oats
    3/4 c. finely grated carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
    In large bowl with electric mixer at high speed, cream margarine, sugar and Sweet 'N Low.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    In small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in oats, carrots and pecans.
