Betty'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix water and yeast with whip.
Add sugar, salt and
2 cups flour.
Whip until mixed.
Add egg, vegetable oil and about 3 cups flour.
Stir with spoon until sticky.
Knead in rest of flour. Can use same bowl.
Wash bowl and oil.
Put mixture into bowl and roll around in oil.
Cover with Saran Wrap.
Let rise twice, then shape into rolls or loaves.
Let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 the loaves 1 hour.
Rolls less.
