Wenda'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. molasses
    2/3 c. honey
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. rye flour
    1 c. wheat flour
Preparation
    Soak oatmeal in 2 cups boiling water.
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Add wheat germ, molasses, honey, egg and salt to oatmeal and water.
    Mix well.
    Add yeast.
    (Optional:
    Mix in 1 cup sunflower seeds.)
    Add rye flour and wheat flour to the mix. Add enough flour to make a kneadable dough.
    Knead.
    Let rise until double.
    Separate into 2 loaves.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
