Healthy Philippine Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces, skinned (enough for 2 servings)
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 large clove garlic
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large skillet, arrange chicken in a single layer.
Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover tightly and simmer gently over low heat, turning several times until chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.
Remove chicken and heat 1 can of bean sprouts in sauce.
