Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 small chopped onion
    3 boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pickles
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 to 1/2 c. mustard *
    3/4 to 1 c. real mayonnaise *
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skin.
    Cool and peel.
    Cut potatoes up in small cubes.
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, chopped eggs, onion and pickles.
    Fry bacon in a frying pan.
    Remove bacon to cool.
    Pour all but 1/2 cup bacon grease from pan.
    Heat 1/2 cup bacon drippings, mustard and mayonnaise together in frying pan. Once bubbling, pour over potatoes and mix well.
    Add crumbled bacon to mixture and mix.
