Irene'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
