Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Grease and flour pans, 4 1/4 x 8-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
