Roasted Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
    Toss potatoes with all other ingredients. Roast 20 minutes or until tender in a 13 x 9-inch pan, stirring once or twice.
