Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Melt butter.
    Add beaten egg and sugar with mixer on low speed.
    Mix creamed mixture with yeast water; mix in flour.
    Place in airtight container in refrigerator overnight before using to bake.
    Stir dough down.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Dough does not have to rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
