Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread (white or wheat), thawed
1 lb. Purnell sausage (hot or mild)
1 lb. pepperoni, sliced or ground
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

While bread is thawing, crumble and brown sausage.
Drain very well using paper towel.
Cool.
Roll out thawed bread on floured board.
Spread each loaf with 1/2 of crumbled sausage, sliced or ground pepperoni and cheese.
Roll as for jelly roll.
Place on cookie sheet (seam down) and let rise.
Bake according to directions on bread wrapper.
Slice.
