Carrots Amandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
Preparation

Melt butter in small casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients; stir into casserole.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Yield:
4 servings.
